End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“the User”) and Mindsparx Karate, located in Aberdeen, Scotland, governing your access to and use of any digital materials, software, videos, downloads, or online platforms provided by Mindsparx Karate (“the Licensed Material”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Licensed Material, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Licensed Material.

1. Licence Grant

Mindsparx Karate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Licensed Material solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this Agreement.
