Meet Daria – Assistant Instructor at Mindsparx Karate & Kickboxing

Daria is our very first student to earn a Junior Black Belt at Mindsparx!

⭐ A determined, hard-working powerhouse💪 , Daria brings focus, heart, and hustle to everything she does — on and off the mats.

She has proudly competed in national and international tournaments 🌎, showcasing her passion for both kata and kumite with fierce precision and dedication. Whether she’s training, competing, or helping younger karateka find their footing, Daria always leads with strength, humility, and purpose.

Her love for teaching shines brightest when working with our younger students  — guiding them with patience, positivity, and genuine care. Outside the dojo, Daria is already taking steps toward her dream of becoming a police officer 👮‍♀️, volunteering her time and applying the discipline and leadership she’s developed through karate.

In recognition of her incredible spirit, Daria was awarded the Liam Strong Award 🏅  — Mindsparx’s most prestigious honour, given to those who exemplify courage, resilience, and integrity. She’s not just a role model — she’s a future legend in the making.
